Get the PS+ games, as that will give you a great idea of what is available for the system. Or is that only for PS5 owners? If it is, just peruse that list for the games

I was under the impression that the PlayStation plus instant collection thing was for. Ps5 users only.

Correct. PS Plus Collection is only for PS5 users. Monthly PS Plus games usually have 2 for PS4 and 1 for PS5. PS Now games are only PS4.
