Embargo is lifted tomorrow.

5.1 million copies sold in a week is PS’s current record. That was a cross gen release though. If Spider-Man 2 can get near that

Why would there be any surprise? This is Sony’s biggest game in the entire generation with not only Spidey but Venom leading the game. It would be a surprise if it doesn’t beat Gow and it really doesn’t matter how it will score really.

Because the install base is 45 million consoles max ? Give or take.
Beating the sales record with more than less than half of the install base of PS4 would be an incredible feat.

Great reviews. My top two review sites that I use - GamingBolt and ZTGD gave Spider Man 2 a 9/10 so another excellent game incoming for my PlayStation 5. Four more days to go!!

Just and update on this. I applied for the PC planning analyst role and got my rejection email this week so I’m guessing they’ve moved to shortlisting already.

Cant believe Spiderman 2 didnt beat GOW R sales numbers. That game will be the ceiling for Sony first party games and I dont see anything toping it.
