Depends. There is normally always a section where both parties agree on costs if either one decides to break it before the end of it.
I just can’t see where Microsoft would be happy with their second biggest IP once the deal goes through is advertised on TV and you see a frigging PS5 advertised lol. At least beyond this year because I think the deal will close this year.

Valid concern because third party games like cod drive console sales and revenue . Sony would be screwed in lost revenue from that market that isn’t shy spending on microtransactions . Also many preach how powerful exclusives are but feel that’s more icing on the cake because many buy consoles for cod, sports games, and f2p . Also when Microsoft closes the gap they lose power in making 3rd party timed exclusive and even marketing deals

I can’t really feel sorry for a company who actively brought this upon itself. Sony’s problem was that it thought that it can reign as king forever. I’m of the opinion that MS was Sony’s Sword of Damocles and that’s why the tried their hardest to get rid of them. I think we’re all of the opinion Sony will survive this but the question we should be asking is: Will Sony stay at the no. 1 spot?

Make call of duty exclusive on xbox and pc will help Microsoft restore the American market and some European markets and this will help increase the number of consoles significantly
