Is it known when the DoJ/FTC will review the documents wrt to this deal?
I remember Hoeg mentioning in one of the podcasts that the requested documents should have been sent by now (he said that on Monday).

In general, HFW is going to be huge in of itself but in no way, shape or form should it even be mentioned in the same paragraph as the Activision Blizzard acquisition. HFW isnāt bigger than Microsoftās acquisition of Ninja Theory for example so saying that just proves that heās delusional.
Oh, okay. I thought it was a tweet. That explains why I missed it. I have tried to watch his live streams and I just canāt watch for more than a few minutes and itās not even because heās a PlayStation fanboy because that I know already. Itās the simple fact that itās ONLY him on his podcast. I know he interacts with the chat but as far as I know, he never has anyone on his podcast to interact with and have conversations, debates, etc. You would think that he would at the very least, he would get other PlayStation fanboys on his podcast. Itās just so fucking dull, bland and boring because again, itās just him. SMH.
My friend always says im a hardcore gamer but not because of loyalty but because I play a good amount of games and usually 100% complete them. In general, im only loyal to myself when it comes to gaming. Whichever side offers me more and is overall better for me, thatās where im going as my primary gaming console.

Hopefully thatās what happens but one has to assume by the time the deal closes Sledgehammer would be deep in dev for 2024. The Call of Duty machine is huge and I doubt you could easily stop it by removing support studios mid cycle.

Yeah, and I honestly find itās getting a little tiresome. The AB deal is especially good news because a huge improvement for the developers will happen, thatās pretty much a guarantee. The other good news is that it will all come to Game Pass. If Sony were to acquire EA or Take 2 would all those games come to their service or would these all be hard copies and digital bought games only? Not sure why Jez wants this at all.
Also, this āneeds to buyā shit, I mean these companies must want to sell too otherwise itās not happening. AB was not doing too great and they approached MS. And TT isnāt exactly in trouble, neither is EA, even if BF isnāt doing too well.
I think heās trolling the sony fanbase at this point. Saying stuff like this just puts pressure on Sony, we all know they canāt afford that and we all know COD will go exclusive.

not worth it, it will take time and you end giving your competitors free money which will be used for timed exclusivity deals
