It is. Basically the judge is telling the CMA things have changed so much that you feel your decision that was right then, is wrong now. Why don’t we just quash it you have placed an enormous burden on MS for a situation that no longer exists

All the CMA needs to do is remove the interim order today and let Microsoft close and deal with their silly mistake later on.
Isn’t it that by declaring this a new RMS the old one becomes defunct and the process before CAT is gone?
Whereas what the CMA and MS want is to keep the existing RMS alive and therefore the CAT process alive - but just adjourned?

I don’t think this judge can just decide today its a new RMS and do anything unilaterally I think he’s just exploring the situation.

Well there would be no new deal if the CMA decision is just quashed. It would be finished.
