I don’t blame Destin. As much as happy he is, he’s still upset on the fact FTC really went out of their way to waste tax money with a case that has no research. At least with CMA, they miscalculated and at least work on something currently. FTC however continue to push with still no new knowledge or any backing behind it. It’s like taking the same exam twice and still answer the same questions wrong.

Geometry Wars 1 and especially 2 were so damn good, I never played 3, is it good, i’ve heard people didn’t like it as much
Games like this and Hexic HD, I put so much time into them in the early 360 days along with Oblivion and Gears, would love to see smaller games like these continue to get made within ABK, kinda like Pentiment in Obsidian

Yes, deadline is 17th for NZ - They are 11 hours ahead of UK time.
And on MS’s terms now too, so I guess it will be farewell to PS marketing the game and getting the exclusive betas early on.

Didn’t expect anything else honestly, Sony weren’t in the position to be demanding shit and Microsoft didn’t need to give them any deals so it wouldn’t help with the CMA because they dropped Sony, just a good PR thing all round, maybe not for Sony though haha

While Microsoft’s initial announcement doesn’t mention 10 years for Call of Duty on PlayStation, Kari Perez, head of global communications at Xbox, confirmed the 10-year commitment to The Verge . That makes the deal similar to a 10-year agreement between Microsoft and Nintendo as well as the various deals Microsoft has struck with Nvidia and other cloud gaming platforms to bring Call of Duty to rival services.

It’s official. After all the posturing, Sony signs on the dotted line and gets the same deal that everyone else got, and the same deal that Microsoft offered at the very beginning. The annual best selling title remains on Playstation…with most of the proceeds going to Microsoft.
Imagine what that could fund? Even if they decide to put it all into a separate ABK bucket than the rest of XGS, they could totally revive old IP like Hexen or Arcanum, all while the CoD machine keeps turning.
