Would they not first have to confirm which grounds they are appealing on? I honestly don’t think any judge would agree to an appeal based on what we heard in the trial.

Jez is right. The real takeaway from this win is that Xbox is staying. I know it’s exaggerated to say no ABK means Xbox is doom, but the idea is, Xbox is not going away when they have cash flowing from CoD, exclusives from others, and many more. They won’t disappear. They will grow.

If FTC isn’t appealing then what would “announcing their next step” entail???
There shouldn’t be a pause, but Microsoft should sit down with them to try and negotiate something. Because this could be the CMA trying to delay once more, so not giving them a pause will force them to negotiate in good faith.
