Like I said, all this ridiculous conflating with the CMA situation and all the constant dooming from the usual folks was always off base in the US where the FTC has been on a massive losing streak and there were never market concerns.

FTC has lost on all arguments. They needed to lose on some to be denied, but losing on all means a very hard appeal to surmount.

At this point, I think it’s clear MS has been building towards worst-case contigencies for the UK and I very seriously doubt that a single country (especially post-Brexit UK) is going to be the hold up for MS.

TRO dissolves on July 14th. So unless there is appeal, it is over in the US by Friday.

The Judge had shortened the period, she is all against an appeal.
