FTC has lost on all arguments. They needed to lose on some to be denied, but losing on all means a very hard appeal to surmount.

At this point, I think itâs clear MS has been building towards worst-case contigencies for the UK and I very seriously doubt that a single country (especially post-Brexit UK) is going to be the hold up for MS.

TRO dissolves on July 14th. So unless there is appeal, it is over in the US by Friday.
The Judge had shortened the period, she is all against an appeal.
