Not going to call it because you never know, but it is why Dr. Lee’s failure to explain his modeling to the judge is probably going to doom the case for the FTC, and it does not help the MS’s witness is doing a better job it seems.
This must be lawyer speak because I don’t know wtf this guy asking her right now.
Good to know that next year’s CoD can be on game pass once this acquisition passes.

Bethesda is the better choice in my opinion. Their only bet would be FF series, but Bethesda has many high profiles money making creations.

Well it is an MMO
and while it’s not as successful as FF14 afaik, ESO hasn’t left the steam top 100 for like 400 weeks or something crazy
Not to mention things like Skyrim, Fallout still have insane player counts for their age and continue to sell well to this day, alongside iD and Machine Games
To me if it’s a choice between those two, it couldn’t be easier

ESO and FF14 are generally in the same ball park for earning on steam.
In the steam top earners for 2022 ESO was right after FF14 in the silver category. Of course we still need to add what money they make from their launcher and consoles but I don’t think how much money FF14 or any FF makes is a good enough reason to buy square, Dragon Quest on the other hand.
