4k60 with RT on consoles (or even pc gpus atm) will only be possible with reconstruction. Hopefully the ML version is not that far off because then it will be basically as good as native

When I was an in college I had to build a ray tracing engine, and no joke, it took ten minutes to render a single frame of some pyramids and spheres. Granted it was all software, and I probably wasnât that good at it. They looked awesome though.
I am still astounded that we now can get ray tracing in real time. Boggles the mind how far computation hardware has come.
