When Pete Hines said “It’s whatever Phil decides to do” in regards to what happens to where Bethesda IPs go, that puts to rest the “of course their games will com to PS5.”

I don’t think Phil will want to give competitors help in selling consoles. So I expect IF they get them, they’d be a least a year behind Xbox/PC releases. If at all.

There is one argument I can however understand by some people and that’s…all the resources, work put into that PD5 version, they would just abandon that, stop with it? I’ve no idea how that works, aren’t these games built for pc first anyway?

Also, the only reason MS would bring the games to PS5 as well is if they don’t have enough faith that people that only have PS5 will subscribe to Game Pass or get an Xbox. But the fact is…BGS games but also games like DOOM are big sellers. It’s undoubtedly going go make GP even more attractive .

It can differ based on game. For those times PS5 exclusives it would be the PS5. Devs normally would select the most powerful device or the one with the biggest user base as lead platform and scale down and optimize from there. If a PC release is planned this would mean PC leading platform.

Also you don’t get into optimizing for a platform before you have some sort of stable. I would assume for the new games they are not there yet.

he seems to be a huge Indy fan. That’s indeed the Ark from the movie; But he also has a replica of the staff of Ra as well as the Chachapoyan idol from the opening sequence of Raiders

It was really cool to see the four of them interacting and being genuinely excited about Xbox and future projects. I know they all have a pile of money under their asses right now, but it really felt like a reunion, a gathering of old friends talking about stuff. I can’t wait to see them all on the same stage (maybe) next year !

Now I do understand Sony has a different culture but she goes “this interaction is like between 4 older gamers”. I looked over and was like…“This is why I married you” LMAO! But its true! Can you imagine just hangin with these guys, eatin food, playing games(possibly smokin, SORRY PHIL! NO DISRESPECT!) and talking about old game memories. Man…
