After reading the the article I’m more irritated why Sony or LucasArts thought it was a great idea to give Asypr the IP. For the first demo all they did was show a vertical slice.

And the rumour that Microsoft said nope to a exclusive was probably true.

If I was them, your best bet being Embracer is to give it to Warhorse studios. That’s really there only good RPG studio. Other than that idk who would be able to take over if they give the boot to Aspyr.

I know there were cancelled games back in the day but it’s shame it’s gonna be years before we get another Star Wars game now. I miss the days when there were was basically a some type of Star Wars game every year.

The cost of these games is through the roof and the time they take is too long.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor is releasing in 2023. Possibly as early as February.

Kingdom Come was a buggy mess at launch. I don’t think Warhorse is the right studio to handle such an IP.

Maybe give it to Eidos Montreal. Deus Ex was a good game.

There is a big difference between Platinum Games and Aspyr. PG made amazing games, but had problems with the scale of the game and the engine.

All Aspyr did was release old ports. Oh, and they hire a lot of ex-BioWare developer.
