Immortals Fenyx Rising

That’s probably it then. Do your kids have to be online when playing Immortals? If not, then it’s because it’s not your home console like you said. Rand mentions this when game sharing on both platforms but if you’re the main console/player, you don’t need to be online when playing.

My bad, I didn’t realize that there were rules as to how many hours one should play a video game. :+1:t4:

Yeah, makes sense. But I have a handle on avoiding the corrupt save issue anyways which was what the initial discussion was in regards to, so it in the end it’s all good.

This thread should just become an Immortals OT at this point. Seems like this game has a lot of fans on here.

True. In the 100+ hours, I never had any save issues. Sorry that you’re still having issues.

Thank your lucky stars, my friend. It has happened twice to my son and I, it’s the worst feeling. I especially felt for my son (10 years old) when it happened the first time, we lost two days of progress.

My Bad too, I didn’t realise having an attitude was needed to talk about the game. I have no issues uploading or downloading my 6 saves on the game and usually, 150 hours is enough for me to finish most single player games

Dunno TBH never enabled any cloud saves so didn’t look. My solution was a simple one, ditch it and start a Yakuza 3 play through :).

EDIT: Deleted. No longer having an issue.

Have played around 6+ hours of the second expansion Myths of the Eastern Realm and just like the base game, im loving it. I truly hope Ubisoft makes Immortals a franchise because it deserves to be one.

Anyone else playing it?

Where do I purchase it as a standalone DLC (not via Season Pass)?

It’s in the Microsoft Store. On console or online, search for Immortals and then go to add-ons, it should be listed there. It’s $15 U.S.

I checked last night, didn’t see it. Mind you it was super late so I could of easily missed it. Thanks bro.

Direct link…U.S.

Hope you enjoy it Munki.

I’ve loved everything about the game up until now (Base game and DLC #1), I have no doubt it will continue with DLC #2.

Awesome!!! I loved the base game and really enjoying the expansion.

I was really hooked on this game for about 30 hours. Tried to do as much as possible and got into the 4th area i explored and just lost interest. I think i got burnt out on the game.

Its great but wish the story was more engaging. I kind of ust got bored of the puzzles at some point too.

Hopefully i’ll etry it in the future. Its a neat BOTW clone but its not even on the same planet as BOTW lets be real.

I put in just over 100 hours into the base game and probably finished with around 90% completion. The story was actually better and more interesting than I was expecting.

I personally believe that Immortals does everything BOTW did but better. The open world is better, not nearly as empty as BOTW is, the story and characters is better especially since all the characters are fully voiced, the “vaults” are better than the shrines and the combat/gameplay is easily superior plus there’s no tedious garbage like cooking and breakable weapons. Visually, Immortals is better and the music, sound and voice acting is better. At the end of the day, I look at it this way, if BOTW wasn’t a Nintendo game and didn’t have the Zelda name on it but was exactly what it is and called Oceanhorn 3D or some shit, I don’t believe that anyone would give BOTW higher than 6’s and 7’s. I played it for 22 hours and will never understand the fascination with it and if anything, it’s pure nostalgia in my opinion. My favorite part was barely seeing anyone complain about the “towers” to scout the area and unfog the map but if they’re in a Ubisoft game, oh no, they’re horrible. LMAO.

To each their own but again, I will never ever understand the fascination with BOTW.
