SX is still supply constrained there? If it is, thereâs no point in looking at the sales, Ms may have just not have enough units to sell.

True. They lost 10 years in Japan, so to regain that they need heavy marketing across the whole spectrum of media.
I am curious if itâs Persona 5 or Persona 5 Royal and also if they bring Persona 4 Golden over since they put that on Steam.
I never got to play 4 outside of the intro.

My intro to the series was vanilla 5. So even Persona 5 Royal would be new to me.
I donât think it is a single game though. It will probably be several games at once.

Yeah thatâs what I heard as well. I can see it selling better than the Xbox One in the long run.
Persona 5 Vanilla is irrelevant now. It will stay as a PS3/PS4 game.
If P5 comes to other systems or gets remastered in the future it will be Royal.
People say Royal is P5 with more contentâŚyeah but its a full definitive edition of P5. ITs not just extra story and characters. There are fundamental design choices made to the game to make it better. The bonus semester characters and story are jut a bonus. They arenât even important to the main plot.
Not at once. Again if Persona comes to Xbox iâm guess theyâll put out 1 game every few months.

Depends. Can they put persona 1 2 and 3 on there at once? Sure. Games like 4 and royal would be by themselves. Sega arenât going to strangle huge games like that.
I honestly believe its possible persona 5 might not even be a gamepass title. It might be a kingdom hearts situation where they put it out there as a normal release and then gamepass later. But sega arenât square Enix so who knows
Person 1,2,3 were Playstation 1 games no? I donât expect anything earlier than P4 but who knows. Considering that it is Sega, the games are highly likely to come Game Pass.
Aside Persona on PC, I think Yakuza games went straight to Game Pass no?
I think we can at best expect 4G and 5R. FES is my favorite, but I have to admit that it probably doesnât hold up especially well and wouldnât be worth the trouble. The original versions of 1 and the two 2 games (itâs a duology, for the uninitated: Innocent Sin and Eternal Punishment) definitely donât hold up at all, and even the remake of 1 and IS are a bit rough.
Of course, if I had my way, weâd get full remakes to do the games justice. A beautiful package of the first one with updated mechanics without the hatchet-job localization and including the huge chunk of game they ripped out of the original western release. A magnificent compilation of EP and IS, with the intense tedium of negociation and fool cards adjusted. A rumor system that can affect other games in the series 
And for the love of Philemon, a definitive version of 3. Give me the additions of P3P without sacrificing the actual movement and cutscenes. Minako and her superior S-links deserve a proper game! Also rip out the homophobic stuff and voyeur stuff please thank you
Persona 1 and 2 were originally ps1 games yeah but they got remastered for PSP. So theyâve been updated in thr last 10 years.
Would be cool to have the EP remake localized.

Gaaaaah Ys VIII just released on Stadia, and they actually included it in their âfreeâ games (PS+/GWG equivalent). A lot of the replies to NISAâs tweet about it were asking about an Xbox version⌠Itâs SCREAMING for a Game Pass release XD
Apparently, you can get a 30 day free trial on their Pro thing and play the âfreeâ games for, well, free. I guess if any Xbox player were desperate enough, they could play it on the Edge browser⌠(Not me, have it on PS4)
On another note, does anyone find it weird that Xbox actually LOST PlatinumGames support amidst all this newfound JP support? They used to have it early on in Xbox One years, ironically when not much JP companies were working with Xbox. Look at this, their newest game will be on all platforms EXCEPT Xbox
And again, in that tweet. a lot of âwhat about Xbox?â replies. I remember they said some nonsense when W101 remaster skipped Xbox, saying âXbox isnât as easy to develop for as the others because our engine doesnât work as well on it.â Or something along the lines of that. Honestly, I think theyâre full of BS on that quote, and either they are not on good terms with MS over Scalebound (despite saying that is not the case), or they are avoiding Xbox in hopes that MS will approach them for Game Pass deals.

Yeah, I think there some grudge between Platinum Games and MS.
