Oh thank goodness.
My fool’s dream of the next campaign DLC in 2022 lives for now.

Smaller dlc’s focused on our MP characters mixed with bigger Master Chief focused campaigns is my hope for the upcoming SP content pipeline.
any possibility they might eventually make it where campaign co-op will have host as MC but the party as the multiplayer spartans of those gamertags?
That’s what I’m hoping for, as Joe stated they have a basic co-op working already but that they want to do something better.
fingers crossed
Just to jump back to this quick but I believe the weapon was supposed to deleted herself after locking Cortana down. Which is why theyre surprised her deletion scripts didn’t run. And later it’s found out Cortana was the one that stopped the deletion.
Yes, I should add that into the post I think since it is an important detail for sure.
I find it hilarious that you googled how to ban a mod which in this case is Doncabesa and when you look at who liked your post, it’s Knottian.
LMAO!!!
How the area Chief portals to might look like. InfiniteForges is super talented
Interesting.
Also someone said this in the comments and it sounds pretty good
I actually think that the Didact is the PERFECT potential new leader for the Created, as a Composed being, as seen in Halo 5 Concept Art, fulfilling his same role he did as a Forerunner, a Warrior-Servant General. There was also concept art for cyborg Storm Covenant, and even fully-composed Covenant Aliens. I think Composed Didact was going to be converting Covenant Aliens to both protect them from Flood infection, make them stronger fighters, and more directly-control them. The Covenant Remnants could have a very legitimate reason to desire being Composed, seeing it as direct Transcendance into god-hood like the Didact himself, literally being transcended into digital beings.
Halo Canon is copying me, I’ve said the Didact could return days ago. XD
Jokes aside, IDK, as many people said, his role in H4 was pretty much ended, even if he had the final speech of the game promising a vendetta. He can easily come back and take control of the Created now that Cortana is gone, but, I mean, 3 enemy factions (not even counting Flood, which are seen directly in the game with the Cylix) are maybe too much. I still want the return of the Arbiter.
the more the better
why would you presume the Created would be an enemy faction? As mentioned above there’s good reason to think Didact and the Created could fight alongside Humanity against The Endless. Less so about “forerunner and humanity now friends” and more “shit we have a common threat now”.
Didact fighting alongside humanity is a wild reach, he despises humans more than the Covenant. XD
yes, but again, circumstances dictate there are bigger problems to be dealt with. The Lannisters hated the shit out of the Starks in GoT, yet had to calm tf down with their interpersonal wars and focus their resources and attention to the Whitewalkers (who is basically Flood in that series lol)
I can see him allying with anyone but humans. XD
lol. Again. it’s less of an ally in that sense and more of “maan I hate yall, but I’ll deal with you later, I got a bigger problem to worry about smh”
We’ll see, I find implausbile even a “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” scenario for him, he’s not the type. Also he most likely knows more Forerunner secrets than anyone (except for the Librarian), so he wouldn’t need humans from his pov.
This might depend on the nature of the Endless threat itself. If the true threat is that they wold spill Forerunner secrets and use that to usurp the Mantle somehow, then humans knowing that info might be enough for the Didact to wanna wipe both humans and Endless.
Also, turning to a different question some have had, the Endless should 100% for sure be susceptible to Flood infection since they absolutely do have central nervous systems (as seen clearly with the Harbinger). Unless they have something weird going on like Johnson did, that question should now be answered as a ‘yes they can be infected’.
The Halo array weapon destroyed neural physics, so maybe their nervous system is peculiar in some way or they are artificial?
