Well, only 9:30 here, but the dough has been mixed and is on the rise. It’s 75% rye, so it needs a bit of extra time. Also trying something new and am “marinating” my basil leaves in the sauce to hopefully soften them up a little. We’ll see if it makes a difference.
It’ll be a late lunch with the showcase, but I’m almost looking forward to the pizza as much as the showcase. Almost.

Burger King and especially this menu, I am married to it. But one of these days I need to slow it down, getting older, need to be careful with my health.
