Really impressive that the streaming tech holds up even when going 300 mph. I remember some glitches in the F599XX in FH4 at its highest speed.

This where I wonder what stuff like AMDās Fidelity FX Super Resolution could fit. We know the results donāt look the best but we canāt deny that it does a decent job of boosting performance.
Keep all of those details at 60 fps with a blurrier image quality. Iād still play that.
I thought FH5 uses a dynamic resolution solution. So arenāt they alredy trading performance for image quality?
Itās a safe assumption that every modern game uses it but Iāve never heard direct reference to it in Forza Horizon. So I assumed (I could be wrong) that it didnāt. Plus I couldnāt tell from my play on the previous games on my base Xbox One.
I thought this too. The resolution for both modes probably isnāt the full fat native 4K, and I would guess for performance mode its lower than quality mode. Something like 1800p is fine but if it goes near what Control uses, 1440p I thinkā¦it just looks a tad too soft for my liking. I guess I could always further my viewing distance, but I kinda donāt want to.
Previous Forza games all have fixed resolution.

I follow BlackPanthaa, heās fun to watch and covers racing games, has over 1.3M subs so heās obviously huge in the community and MSā¦ still didnāt send him early access? feelsbadman.
Like he shouldnāt be apologizing for something thatās not his fault. He mentions in this video how he has a lot of social anxiety and isnāt fond of going to big conferences and places to do super social stuff, something Xbox apparently demanded of him at a point in the past and he said that his social awkwardness/anxiety was probably conflated for ālack of interestā. If thatās indeed true, massive L on Xboxās part.

There will always be people who donāt get access. Its just the nature of it. And I mean if theyāve tried stuff in the past and it hasnāt worked then you know isnāt it understandable? Its not like Xbox would block him because heās anxious - they likely donāt even know. But clearly theyāve had him involved before and from their side didnāt work out so well. And I sympathise with him. Lots of social stuff in my work I hate it but have to do it. And probably you know they paid to fly him to E3 and given he didnāt seem to want to co-operate with their scheduleā¦you can sort of see from their pov where it went wrong.

the forest biomes in this game is just fucking criminal how good they look wtf.
Like, the scatter pipeline for vegetation and terrain elements is just unparalleled. Man, Fable canāt come soon enough LOL
