Forza Horizon 5 |OT| All Roads Lead To Mexico

STORYTIME

I so clearly remember the day that Forza Horizon 4 released where I “flew to new zealand”. I played a ton that day on my PC with my old non-ultrawide monitor.

After playing ALL morning I went on a long walk in the beautiful weather and got a burger w/fries at this pizza place. While I was there I started feeling flu/cold like symptoms. Burger tasted good, fries were god like even though my tastes were starting to faint. I had a nice zero calorie soda from their coka mix machine touch screen thing too. When I got back home I forced myself to play Forza Horizon 4 with an ear infection and muscle pains everywhere, I was also experiencing a horrible headache too and the same damn songs kept repeating on the in game radio.

What scares me right now is that I’m currently experiencing a loud ringing in my ears that meet all the symptoms of Tinnitus. Yesterday I had my flu shot so maybe its a side effect? either way, maybe I get back luck when I play Forza Horizon on release day and I should consider not doing that next time if I don’t want to get a cold. I’m currently feeling almost the same symptoms I felt last time Forza Horizon 4 released and the weather outside is beautiful. Maybe I should consider ordering a burger and fries to go just to match up the Forza Horizon 4 type deal. Make it a tradition lol.

You have to get to the point where you select one of the sections of the map to go to then do the first story mission there. It’ll be right after you build up the 4K accolade points. Then you can go to options>online>club.

Don’t think so, I can definitely taste things and my body isn’t feeling weird. I still have ringing in my left ear and its really getting on my nerve.

Forza Horizon 5 looks so beautiful on Xbox Series S, especially when the sunsets in game.

FH5 is the game you buy an Xbox Series X|S for right now.

I don’t know what’s going on with my PC settings but my PC running the game at the resolution 2560 x 1080p 21:9 with mixed ultra settings on my GTX 1070 and AMD 3700x looks significantly worse and blurrier than my Xbox Series S. Maybe its the way my monitor reproduces color because its not exactly the best panel but its one that can do 200hz. I’d rather play on my aging samsung 1080p 16:9 television with my Xbox Series S than my PC.

thanks, will do!

once you unlock the online part you go to the online section and clubs and search

92 overall on Open Critic. I was off by a few points damn it!! Oh well.

I’m torn between quality or performance I’ve tried them both and they both look fantastic what is everyone going with ?

For future dlc, would doing something similar to Forza Horizon presents Fast and Furious be something people would look forward too? And if not, other than adding new vehicles(I honestly think that any vehicle other than cars should be its own standalone game, like MFS2020 is literally the planes Forza) what could playground do to refresh the formula in your eyes?

I always pick the higher frame rate.

Let us get out of the car

Not for future DLC but the next game should be Japan with a giant city map full of verticality.

Ok ok hear me out – Forza Horizon 6, now has RPG elements, and stealth mechanics!

Are there very visible visual differences between the two?

Also, is the HDR implementation a proper one?

I think they should go in the opposite direction, more craziness like the “Fast and Furious” series, meaning bikes, boats, airplanes, submarines, and space ships.

With on the fly switching too :eyes: seems like the logical next step for the series

Bikes would be enough, adding more “street” customization would be cool too.

They both look great obviously quality mode has abit more detail …but you can’t really notice it in performance mode which feels so smooth and feels great to play .HDR looks fantastic but there are no ingame sliders for it …not that I can see anyway …there is only brightness and saturation…I wonder if its using the HDR calibration app like blacks ops cold war did there is no dolby vision either…
