i upgrade and tune (mostly upgrade) all the cars that i like myself or just use a tune from the community. Is frictionless and you get better performance for leaderboards or online.

This is where I fall behind in racing games. My driving is pretty decent but I’m not a huge car guy so I never what to do with the cars. It normally doesn’t matter much for offline play though. Or eliminator which is pretty fun.
I was at the movies (Eternals was excellent, btw). Just sent out a bunch of invites for those that requested into the club.

It depends. I was destroyed earlier in a race by expert AI because my maxed out C class Ford Puma had a crappy lightweight tune (my own doing). I had to add weight and power to match them.
Is expert the max difficulty? Idk what I’m at right now, I know I’ve accepted the difficulty bump twice.
i think Expert is third highest, then Pro, then Unbeatable. I won most races on Expert and some on Pro. Seems to me the AI is a little bit better than in FH4. The biggest problem on higher difficulties is not how good the AI is but how short or long the races are. Overtaking 8 cars in under 3 minutes was always a bit ridiculous in Forza Horizon.
I also didn’t notice a lot of rubberbanding, only in the very long and awesome Apex Goliath race. In the middle the AI got a bit away and slowed down a bit on the last third.

In previous forzas, I never touched that aspect of the game.
Thats why I love horizon soo much. You can still have fun in the game without ever engaging in those mechanics.

Thing is it’s not even enjoyable or fun anymore to see that stuff, it’s just sad. How much negativity can some people conjure up on regular basis. Ugh.
