Correct, except the runways, ILS information, etc. are correct. The buildings are generic although some can be filled in from Bing Maps. They aren’t handcrafted like the others.
And that’s both digital and game pass, right?

Yes. It doesn’t matter, because Xbox Game Pass is also digital.
How do you access the section on game pass where you can preload games? I can’t find it at all right now.
It should be available as part of the full list. I was able to preload Psychonauts 2, Hades, The Ascent, etc. through it.
I was being dumb, I need to wake up, haha.
I checked the app on Xbox again and scrollen down and I now see the coming soon section.

It’s quite a shame I’m away from my Series X at the moment as I’m pretty excited to play this. Just have to hold out a couple more weeks.

There also the indications about the support of additional accessories. Very good little details. This is how Age of Empires should be released on consoles – with indication that M+K are required to play. Simple!

It’s a nice feature but I am starting to think I should uninstall all the late year games I preloaded 
They are just taking up space in My Games and Apps.
Oh absolutely. And you can only store so many games on the internal as it is.

Hey heads-up from OtherERA topic on this:
You HAVE to download the World Updates from the mod/in-game store. Apparently they’re not baked into the game at this point, so if you want all the updates for locations and sights, you have to download the updates.

Why did they set this to unlock so late? This is a bummer. I was looking forward to playing it with my son this morning. I’ve had it pre installed for a week and every time he sees the icon he asks me to play airplane game lol.
