Did they say if there’s gonna be a day one patch or should we assume there is one?
Community manager mentioned it when talking about if the game will be delayed.
He said the game has gone gold but they’re now working on the day 1 patch.

The character creator looks the most robust ever in a From game so it should be possible with enough patience. I tried to make Brienne in DS2 and managed a pretty close looking result (though in Dragon’s Dogma it was much better and even had a voice preset that was really close to the real thing!).
Now that you mention it making a George R.R. Martin character could be a good fit for the game. Goodbye to two hours of my life!
