Rhand in his new video says he believes it will be announced tomorrow and that as we speculated it’s a thing in the contract that if MS wants to add it to GP, Sony should be able to add it to + too. It sounded like he was just speculating as well though.

Rand often (not always) disguises the info he receives from his sources as ‘predictions’. Safe to say, it is more likely at this point.
