Yeah that’s not exactly too much of a high praise. I mean the first one is more than fine, but does feel a little more by the numbers when it comes to superhero movies for me personally.

Does Robert put in a weird voice as Batman or nothing like that? Man I hated this in the Nolan films. Bale is a fantastic actor but I couldn’t take him seriously as Batman when he forced that weird ass voice, lol.
You can hear his batman voice in trailers. Its almost whispery. But yea , Bale’s TDK/R voice was weird .
I never understood the logic that Batman has to use a voice to not be recognised, yet we have Clark Kent talking normally and only without his glasses, lmao.
I think its probably because Batman interacts with some people e.g Gordon , Rachel , Selina etc both with costume and without it so not changing his voice would probably give him away .

Was surprisingly impressed with Suicide Squad last year.
I thought it was mediocre at best, even for a DC title. The best DC content is the last Justice League movie. Next up is Doom Patrol and Titans.
Peacemaker very much felt like a Saturday Night Live Skit to me that was turned into an 8 hour movie, where it outstays it’s welcome after 15 minutes. That’s not to say the production value was bad. I just didn’t care for the character at all and the comedy bit’s largely fell flat. It should have been a made for TV movie around 90 minutes at best.
I think this was Gunn’s worst project ever. With that said, I see a lot of people absolutely love it.
