My buddy told me that the story and missions will all be different if you choose either corpo, nomad and the other one. But isnāt it just the prologue bit that is drastically different and from there on pretty similar across the three classes?

My assumption is no matter what you choose, at some point in the game, youāll branch into the main campaign and meet the same characters and branch off again from there.
Yeah but I asked around. Someone that read all the previews and now reviews says it seems to be mostly the first your that is different (like Dragon Age Origins) and then itās mostly different dialogue options.
With that in mind 17,5 hours for the main story (per Howlongtobeat.com) isnāt a whole lot. CDPR told us the story would be shorter than W3 because many people didnāt finish W3. But damn, Witcher 3 as per HLTB is 51,5 for the main story. I for one loved it, butā¦alas.
Main story plus extra is 41 for Cyberpunk and 100 for Witcher 3. Itās just a difference I didnāt expect at all. Itās not the end of the world, and Iām gonna take my sweet time exploring that world anyway but it surprises me.
Also its possible people who beat it rushed through it for review purposes this game is massive
Thatās true. Also, that counter will probably change once non media players start playing it and finishing the story?
Probably legacykillahd said in his review he was at 40 hours and felt he only scratched the surface

3 hours of what I assume is XSX gameplay, could be S too. Doubt itās Xbox One.
Do I pick this up tonight, fly to New Zealand to play tomorrow morning on my Series X or wait until Thursday and get it for my PC (2080 RTX 6700k)? I feel like Iāll get it early on the Xbox and wish I waited to play it on my PC with ray tracing.
Series S is digital only so thereās almost no way itās series s gameplay. We probably wonāt see series S footage until launch day.
