I’ve seriously gone back and forth with Cyberpunk like 4 times-- cancelling and reordering my preorder. :sweat_smile:

Finally decided to cancel and wait, for now. I’ve still got a long road to 100% Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and I want to resume Jedi Fallen Order on the Series X, so I’ve got games to tide me over.

I have this problem too. Experiencing Cyberpunk on Series for the first time seems like a magical experience but it’s hard to resist. It’s mostly a FOMO thing i guess.

Hey man, I’ve noticed you haven’t joined our leaderboard. Aren’t you interested? It’s just a bonus to keep us motivated, nothing too hardcore :slight_smile:

Tell me about it! So far I’m waiting for the patches for Control, Metro Exodus, The Outer Worlds, Doom Eternal and The Witcher. I hope they all drop in the first few months of 2021 since there is not a lot of games I’m interested in being released in that timeframe.

Yeah, same! It will be hard for me, but I am better off waiting. I am yet to finish Valhalla, and I hope Yakuza and DMC5:SE go on sale before the end of the year to keep me even busier.

I decided to focus on Modern Warfare since I really need to free up those 200 GB. I am almost finishing my first playthrough grabbing all the miscellaneous achievements, then I’ll speed through the campaign on Veteran. I don’t know if I’ll be able to grab the DLC achievement, though.

Reminder: the weekly ranking resets in a few hours. The December’s Feature Game poll is also closing tomorrow.

I want Cyberpunk…but I don’t want Cyberpunk…hehe. My brain tells me to wait for the Series X-version, but there is this little voice whispering that I will miss out.

I will at least wait a little bit, I have a feeling it will be a buggy mess at launch.

Call of the Sea seems like a relatively easy 1000G. I’m interested in the game regardless of achievements anyways so hopefully it’s fun.

Completion #95: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

This game has one of the weirdest achievements list I have ever seen. No achievements for completing chapters, no collectibles, nothing… only miscellaneous achievements for doing stuff that you would not normally do if you were not aware of them.

There is an achievement for completing the game on Veteran, though. But this is one of the easiest campaigns to do so: there is no infinite wave of enemies and there are a lot of checkpoints throughout the chapters. You will still die a considerable amount of times, but it will not be as punishing as previous iterations.

It took me around 12 hours to complete the campaign twice and get the base 1000g. I don’t think I’m in the mood to go for the extra 50g, though.

COD always seems to have weird achievements from what I’ve seen. Still a nice 1000G to grab. I bet a lot of those achievements are rare thanks to people just playing Warzone.

Yup, COD always had a huge chunk of people only touching the multiplayer components, hence the campaign completion achievements tend to be rare. I think there were some CODs where the mere act of finishing the campaign resulted in a rare achievement.

Finished all achievements in the main campaign of Mutant Year Zero and played a bit of the dlc. That was a nice mix of turn based strategic combat with some stealth elements and more focus on looting and exploration than in classic XCOM. There could have been a little more enemy variety but overall i liked it very much :+1:

I started that game when it came to Game Pass but it kept crashing my One X so I threw the game in the crap pile… No issues on Series X?

I had no issues like crashes. But framerate on the Series X is still not locked.

Yeah it was weird, everytime I opened a chest the console would shut down due to overheating.
