I know most of us have played Hi-Fi Rush at this point, but we really needed some options as most of the February games are games that have been out for years. So, a bit of a rough list, but chicken salad and all that. I’ll leave this poll up for roughly 48 hours, so be sure to vote!

Another Game Pass gem in the bag. Game looks gorgeous and soundtrack is great. Mother 3 meets Zelda 2D. Weakpoints are story and pacing. Overall a good game.

Btw looks like a new DLC is about to announce. SteamDB leaked it few hour ago right before the Nintendo Direct show.

This was excellent but also very time consuming. The perfect game to play on Steam Deck running Windows. The Rare Breeder achievement was painful and nearly made me give up on the 100%. It’s a fight Between Grounded and DQB2 for my favourite tree puncher game now.

It just wasn’t enjoyable at all. AFK for hours and the pups just took forever to mature for me for some reason.

Not that bad of a game i guess but man that final boss is on some From Software design. Needs to be near flawless no hit run unless you get lucky , 3 phases, enemy ads (dies in one hit tho) and those enemies have rng spawns., you have to block the bosses attacks and if u get screwed with those spawns you get hit. And there is no health picks ups.

This game has some grindy kill achievements but nothing too bad.

I did do a 100% walkthrough for my channel tho #content

With less than 600 players between Xbox and PS , i really know how to pick em (based on TA and PSP)

Both games are okay. Horror Tales : The Wine has the absolute terrible “stalker enemy” thing in some sections and annoying platforming.

Road to Guangdong is kinda GOATed. Chill car sim/visual novel set in 90s China. Has some quirks here and there but i liked it more than most people i think. I did get lost on the naming of characters but thats cause I’m not Chinese. Music has some jams

Finally replayed it on Xbox and I regret my decision because it was not a good port. Two ways to play if you want to get all achievements.

Play it online and don’t turn your Xbox console off because the in-game tracker is broken and resets if your Xbox is off.
Buy a disc, don’t patch and play it offline.

Did the 2. and it was by the end a bad experience. I got all achievements, but it was not worth it.

I have mixed feelings on this one. To get the bad out of the way, I thought the marionette/“tweening” style animation was just cheap looking. I also thought the audio design was not good, it just didn’t feel good to hit things. The final area is also just blatantly unfun with poison gas draining your health pretty much everywhere.

It’s not all bad though! The combat can feel very engaging and challenging in a good way. Many of the boss fights are great when their patterns “click” and you start dodging and weaving and hitting their openings. The exploration was great too and it’s nice the rooms tell you when you collected everything in them. It’s also nice that, despite being a very hard game, death has 0 penalty other than being sent slightly back (save rooms are everywhere). You keep all XP you got, all items you collected, everything, if you die, so the game isn’t particularly unfair or anything.

I’d probably give this game a 6.5/10.

The new game Remorse The List has some broken achievements so might want to wait and it will be an annoying completion anyway.
