One of those rare cases where the base game is very good, and the dlc is awful.

I’d hoped it wasn’t your usual Ubisoft open world but it did turn out to be, had to summon all the willpower I had to finish the terrible dlc.

That image is nice, is it a new thing by True achievements? Microsoft has alot to learn from TA on how to improve achievements.

Interesting little game… I actually ended up being interested in finding out wtf had happened so ended up spending a few more hours on this than I had anticipated. Easy achievements, but it’s more fun to try and figure things out yourself before starting to do guides. You can do all of them (except for one) after the credits so nothing is missable and you don’t have to start from the beginning.

Completion #89! Interesting little game… I actually ended up being interested in finding out wtf had happened so ended up spending a few more hours on this than I had anticipated. Easy achievements, but it’s more fun to try and figure things out yourself before starting to do guides. You can do all of them (except for one) after the credits so nothing is missable and you don’t have to start from the beginning.

I just completed this game last night, it was very different. Not sure where I sit on the game overall right now but it was intriguing and very different to many of the games I’ve played before.

Completion #31: The Wolf Among Us

One of if not my all time favorite tell tale games! I played this when it was given away through Games with Gold years ago, remember when that service wasn’t a joke lol, and loved every minute of it. It wasn’t until recently I decided to go and mop up the last few achievements I needed and I was so happy I did. Even though it had been almost 6 years since I had played I could remember every little thing that was going on in the game as I replayed sections to get different outcomes. I can’t recommend this game enough to people, though it makes me sad to think we’ll likely never get the sequel with all that has happened with telltale games.

One of if not my all time favorite tell tale games! I played this when it was given away through Games with Gold years ago, remember when that service wasn’t a joke lol, and loved every minute of it. It wasn’t until recently I decided to go and mop up the last few achievements I needed and I was so happy I did. Even though it had been almost 6 years since I had played I could remember every little thing that was going on in the game as I replayed sections to get different outcomes. I can’t recommend this game enough to people, though it makes me sad to think we’ll likely never get the sequel with all that has happened with telltale games.

Finally beat the main story last night, what a ride! Amazing game. The only things I have left to do for the completion are the other endings and getting a skill to level 20.

I also need to go mop up the different ending, played it back at launch and loved the game. It’s by no means prefect but I thoroughly enjoyed all the time I had put into the game.

This game was strange for me, definitely not a bad game but I still don’t know how I feel about the game. The ending was also one of the most unsatisfying endings I’ve played in a while and the overall gameplay was just meh for me. I’m glad I was following a guide as I for sure would have gotten lost in the wood, hell even with the guide I got lost more then once lol. Overall it was just an ok game for me, I doubt I’ll ever go back and replay this for fun, but I can’t sit here and say it was bad, just not my kind of game I guess.

Yeah I was lukewarm on this game. Very okay/average example of the walking sim genre, nothing to make it stand out as particularly memorable.

I thought it was decent, there was a bit too much confusing maze-like running around and like you say, the ending was extremely unsatisfying. The mysteries and setting was nice though.

The mystery part of the story was interesting but felt out of place for me especially the bit where you find the remains. The more I look back the more I feel like the whole thing was slapped together with no rhyme or reason.
