I’m 9 hours in right now and seem to be near the end of the campaign (I think I have two missions left). Looks like I’ll finish it up with ~450 GS.

Aight, that’s decent. I always try to get above 50% in the games I won’t go for the completion in, at least. Keeps the completion % above my goal, lol.

Hmmm I do want to get to Phoenix Point but I’ll probably try out Back for Blood first.

Please nobody vote for Phoenix Point. This game was my disappointment of 2019 and nobody should have to play it. There are lots of better alternatives, recently Empire of Sin (is still in Game Pass).

The demo of The Good Life was promising, so Swery gets my vote.

Forza Horizon 5 achievements released:

Looks like I won’t be getting the 1000 on this one. Eliminator isn’t my thing (though I’ll at least give it a try to see if I get lucky) and I doubt I’ll get the one for 6 different unbeatable wins.

Oh well, I’m still super excited for the game.

Overall it seems like the easiest list since Horizon 1. I won’t be going for the 1000 though. Win an Eliminator? Nah. No thank you.

if its like in FH4 than something like a fully tuned Ferrari 599XX will win everytime in a (drag) race even against the best driveatars.

For October I am going to force myself and purge all of my easy games that have been waiting in the wings. There’s alot and they are just sitting there. I’m not counting any of the 1K update games. I want to go back and clean up some games too. I’ll probably feel better once I do all of it. I do feel smothered by the amount of games I have access too (not counting game pass)

Only have 4 missions to do in Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Surprisingly a fun game.

One of those games you fire your headphones on and get lost in the world. Reminded me a lot of FEZ from gameplay perspective. Just jumping on your bike and exploring the world with no real objective other than absorbing the art and seeing where it takes you.

On a completely different note… seeing the Epic game store getting achievement support really makes me want Xbox to start improving their own system.

It would be very nice if they did, but I had to resort to finding an excellent online guide to help me backtrack. It wasn’t a complex world once I saw it, but I just wasn’t putting the pieces together on my own.
