Microsoft has announced on their Xbox Wire blog that a new Insider Preview is available and invites Xbox console owners to test out the new update. There doesn’t seem to be any new features added at this time, with the blog post citing “video improvements for the app” only. You can sign up for this insider preview by going to the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console (and if you don’t have it, search for it on the Store.)

It seems so! I joined the preview when it launched and the app got an update yesterday. I’ve watched a few vids this morning and the issue is no longer happening for me.
