I don’t mind it personally, but this game (Yakuza 0) has a tooooon of dialogue, and if you are not really into it, it can definitely feel like a slow game. Specially some side missions are like 90% dialogue, lmao.
Better to think of the side missions as skits. They’re not comparable to something like the side quests in The Witcher.
Yeah, the substories are really a way to take the serious dramatic character and show off their goofy side. 0 in particular is really good at this.
I’m struggling through golf in 3 so I can finally do my last Amon fight. Whoever decided that you had to do decently in minigames to fight him is a sadist and should be in developer prison.

It should go straight into your inventory besides the costumes which I believe can only be worn in Premium Adventure (after main story is completed). Unless you mean the stuff at the actual temple, which you need completion points to purchase.
Apparently, it’s been leaked that Judgment will be on PS Now from July to October. If that’s true, I hope that doesn’t prevent it from coming to Game Pass. Probably gonna have to buy it after all!
Sadly it means its most likely not coming to gamepass until its gone from PS Now. Hopefully, its coming to both service, but I do have the disc version, so will prob trade that in once i buy lost judgement

I found a knife, equiped it and exhausted all its uses, what now? Does it recharge or does the item become useless?
Yakuza 0? There’s a store where your can repair weapons. I think it’s called the Tiger and Dragon or something. It gets unlocked during the story.

“Almost all weapons have a durability to them, represented by a number. Strike enough and the weapon will break and be useless. If the weapon was picked up, then it will disappear. If the weapon was equipped, then it will remain in your inventory with zero durability, and remain useless in there until you get it repaired using a Repair Kit or at Dragon & Tiger.”

Also doesn’t the Yokohama Liumang and Geomijul merge in LAD? We know for a fact that the Liumang are involved in the plot, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the Geomijul have some involvement as well.
On Yakuza 0, is there a way to get an alert when my payout is ready to collect? Right now it’s a matter of guessing and going through the menus, not very intuitive.
