Yeah, I’ve tried recently to pick up blood money again and not sure if I can do that one. You can definitely see a lot of good design in this game and some really good writing of levels. I honestly am excited with this and the newer games to see what they end up with for their Bond origin story and online fantasy game, and it’s neat to see they now have 5 locations.

These two have been on my Backlog for years and I can finally tick them off. Not much I can say about them that hasn’t been said a million times before. That Inside ending tho

Another question :3 I have darksiders 1/2 and their remasters (warmastered and deathnitive) and both versiones have their own achievments…would that count as 1 game or as different games? the normal versions and the remastered versions are on steam.
To this day LIMBO’s ending its still stuck inside my mind.

I think we’re all in agreement that, basically, if the game has its own achievements and its own tile card (Darksiders 1 and 2 for 360, and the XOne versions would be four titles total).

Yep. I also have lots of doublettes like that in the backlog, some I will play all versions of and some I will only play the latest one and scratch the rest. Depends on how into the game I am hehe.

I’m 90% sure this game will be coming to Game Pass somewhere down the line, but I have been trying to support Japanese developers who launch non-GamePass games onto Xbox.

I looked last night, and have bought maybe 6 Yakuza games plus lost judgement and maybe judgement, and I’ve played a grand total of maybe an hour. Looks interesting but I can’t justify it unless I actually get to some of them first and love the. Thankfully I remember most of them costing like $5 each.
I’m tempted by Visions of Mana but we’ll see.

Haha, that’s me too. Well, almost. I played Yakuza 0 on Game Pass and found it surprisingly good so I bought all of them in various sales. Have not played any of them yet…
I enjoyed the story of 0, the characters, the fighting and the setting. Do not care much for all the side content or the, how should I put it, weird stuff.

I can totally get that; there are elements of Yakuza games that absolutely haven’t aged well (some trans/homophobic elements, for example) and the game flow isn’t for everyone, but it’s one of those series that I’ll always have fondness for. Especially for its ability to transport me back to Japan/TMG; there’s definitely cultural differences in the game, but it’s precisely for that reason that I think it’s a great primer for certain cultural ideals in Japan. I hope you both find one that you love personally
As for the challenge, I’m working on the following games and will let you know as soon as I get done:
- Xbox - Wolfenstein Old Blood, Resident Evil 0
- Switch - Metroid Prime Remastered
- PS4 - Gravity Rush (I beat the original but never the remaster)
- Vita - Freedom Wars (I doubt I’m getting through this mammoth any time soon)
- DS - Advance Wars: Days of Ruin

How did you like it? I bought it around BF and haven’t started it up yet.
I loved it. Every level offers new surprises. It really is something special. They break out random mechanics that might only be in a single level. Its wild.
