Agreed. EA is finally doing what they should have been doing for a long time. Focus on the single player games and forget chasing the trends and other bullshit. And while Ubisoft is my #1 publisher and developer, I agree completely with you. Ubisoft doesn’t have a clue as to what they’re doing. They keep trying to nail the free to play market and it’s like, you’re not so quit it and do what you do best. UGH.

I think it was a penalty, but kinda light and unfortunately very impactful. That said I have no horse in this race (steelers baby!) so I am just fine with a good game.

Let’s be honest, the Eagle’s players never should have put themselves in a position to have the game be that close, to where a single call influences the game. It was their own failure. They need to own up to it.

I wanted the Chiefs to win since the Eagles defeated my 49ers two weeks ago but that was a bad call at the end. NFL always ruins games because of bad calls by the officials. It’s ridiculous.

The controversy was BS from the start. J.K. literally has nothing to do with the game development. She owns Harry Potter and license it out. When they try to boycott the game they are not hurting J.K. she probably has never even play a videogame in her life lol.

In the end the game might lose out on like 1 million sales from the boycott or whatever? but, it still doing monster numbers and will probably sell over 20 million copies.

You’re looking at this wrong. It’s not about boycotting to make the game a failure, it’s about not actively giving money to someone despicable who actively uses that money and her position to brazenly promote dangerous positions. It’s also about raising awareness so people know what kind of person they’re supporting.

She’s actually said that she takes commercial support as endorsement of her disgusting views. If you’re informed about her profiting from this and her perspective and decide to do it anyway, I’m not going to castigate you. Everybody has a line they are or aren’t willing to cross, but that doesn’t mean you have to downplay people who try to stick to their principles. It’s like making fun of people protesting a fascistic government. It just reads like prevarication, and that’s one the lamest things imaginable.

By the way, I’m trying to get all the loot I can possibly get now. I have the jetpack now but still can’t seem to make it to the loot chest in the slums, the one that requires you to cross a big pile of sludge. I assume I can get to here eventually? As in I need an upgrade for it?

I don’t know about that specific chest, but there is still at least one more movement upgrade after the item you mentioned. If it’s what I’m thinking of, then you’ll access that area as part of the plot, so don’t worry about it too much right now.
