FYI, Xbox started a new reward for Anime Month by spending $50 worth. With the current sale, now it’s a good time.
I noticed the right trigger on one of my Series controllers is starting to feel kinda sticky, like it won’t rebound as quickly as usual sometimes. Is that common? The controller doesn’t have a ton of hours on it, maybe fifty or so.
Mfw a series that was formative for my youth is receiving the kind of game I used to dream of, but I don’t want to support the utter piece of human garbage that created its universe and is still making a profit off it.

Yeah had the same problem. It’s annoying but surprisingly easy to fix. There is a little piece of fabric at the point where the trigger meets its end point to dampen the sound when pressed. This piece is very small and glued on. When using the controller it can happen that the fabric just was pressed to the side so now your triggers hit the glue and yeah stick.
I opened up the sidepanels and used alcohol on a cotton swap to get rid of the glue and problem fixed. Getting off the sidepanels can be a bit tricky but there are plenty videos on youtube showing you how to do it. If you know what you do it takes 2 min to fix

I just wish i didn’t have to open it up. I had hoped that I wouldn’t have to repair any more controllers after changing so many joycon analog sticks!
I also got a weird bug since yesterday. When at the dashboard all my inputs are doubled or tripled. It doesn’t matter if I use the analog stick, d-pad or even the triggers (for going up or down). Is this a problem with my controller or an UI bug? Has anyone else noticed this? I turned the controller off and on agagin and the inputs were fine for a moment but began to double again soon after?!?!
I got the same problem with a red Series controller, send it for a repair and it turned out that the problem was a faulty PCB. Sadly it was out of warranty and they said that if I wanted to get it fixed it should cost around 40-50e…
So if you still have a warranty for the pad send it back for a repair/replacement ASAP IMO.
Definitely got more stocks last year to sell and continue on this year. Good to see.

Wow, Xbox did beat them in monthly activity. It might get worse when CoD goes to Game Pass.

I think 3rd party revenue or units is also down, which shows it is a general trend, not just on Xbox.

Doesn’t Microsoft monthly active users include PC and people signing onto xbox live to play minecraft on a Switch or playstation?
No because Minecraft has well over 100 million monthly players so theres no way its significantly factored in

Interesting, I wonder if Sony getting into PC can help improve that for them
They’re trying, but unless Returnal say otherwise, the novelty of PS going to PC has wore off. Perhaps day one is necessary. Also, they definitely want live service going soon for reason to stay and play.
