For what I want from a game, Lost Odyssey is a top 40 game all time and top 5 JRPG for me.

Wow. A 25 year old game. Props to you if you can actually play these older games and finish them. You should definitely play the remasters. And the Mafia remake was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it.
I do impulse buys here and there too. I bought Far Cry 4 gold edition after watching the FC 6 expansion reveal and being disappointed after watching it. lol. So I bought the FC 4 GE for $12. I completed it back when it released but itās my favorite FC game so I figured why not? If I replay it, great but if not, no biggie.
I bought The Witcher 2 for $3 but since CDPR is remaking the original, I will just wait and see if they end up remaking it. Bought Ghost Recon Wildlands for $10 or so and this is my backup if Contraband ends up being a no go for me. I beat GRW but since the story is a drug cartel, I wouldnāt mind replaying it but only if Contraband doesnāt hit for me.
I did buy Warhammer Chaosbane for $10 two weeks ago and Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor Marty for $10 as well. Probably wonāt play Chaosbane since Diablo IV is getting close but will play Inquisitor at some point.
Of course, my thing is that if I play them, great but if not, no biggie.

Hehe yeah, I might not have bothered with the really old ones if it wasnāt for the remasters.
The XboxEra Backlog Challenge has kept my impulse buys to a minimum lately though, thatās something. Who knows what might happen in the free window over christmas though, itchy trigger finger atmā¦
The Witcher 2 is great! Thatās allready a decade old, so you have an oldie on your hands too hehe. Iām also really looking forward to the remake of the first one, great game but it hasnāt aged well. Not that it ever ran very well tbh.

The backlog challenge can definitely help with preventing an increase with your backlog. TW2 is said to be great but im going to wait because I would think that they will remake it if the original does well which I do believe that it will. I only bought it because it was $3 so I was like, why not? lol

Yeah, tha absolute stellar OST of Sonic Frontiers is online for streaming. Massive Soundtrack as well. This probably is the strongest OST of the year, so give it a listen.

Yep. It seems there are no deals between Sony and ABK for this, so if the deal closes (or afterwards) MS should be able to just put it on there right away.
You really start to appreciate the much better lighting right from the start, the better character models etc.

Oh, blood gets stained on your suit. I like that. Resentment or not, support this game to get more because at this rate Callisto Protocol seems to end with their first game if the sale report is said to be weak.
I really enjoyed Ender Lilies, hopefully the new game will come to Xbox.
Thereās no way DS remake will do fine sales wise especially at 80 euros. The game screams bomba, in fact every upcoming horror game besides REmake 4 will most likely bomb hard so every fan of horror should enjoy this last hurrah of the genre in the next year or so because after that itās gonna be a wasteland for the genre. lol

January Nintendo Direct I bet. Iām like 50% sure it will be Switch exclusive at launch, 40% sure it will be Switch/PS/PC, and maybe 10% sure it will be Switch/PS/PC/Xbox.
DQ12 I am certain will be full multiplat including Xbox though.
Glad to see them at least talking about it, the HD-2D remake looked gorgeous. I was tempted to pick up DQ3 a few months ago but realised it was the one getting remade so Iām waiting on that.
With SE is am not willing to bet on anything.
