Remedy and Xbox worked together twice, it didn’t work out the best for either. And, like Remedy really seem like they want to remain independent anyway.

I think these are games with little replay value, and almost no engagement, which is why third-party deals are much better. Sure, maybe the studio could have benefited from higher budgets if it had been owned by Microsoft, but I don’t see a significant loss for the XBOX family.

I’ve been noticing how some that have GoWR rather spend their time posting about Xbox things rather than playing the game, lmao.
On twitter yesterday and today in certain Xbox posts someone posted GoWR, just that. And I’m like…wtf are you even doing here. Go play the game you’ve waited all year for. And not one person, multiple.

But it really shows how weird as hell some of these people are. Why do they feel the need to post the game’s name in a Xbox tweet? I believe it was the tweet where Xbox says they celebrate it with games that XSX exists for two years now.

I’m looking forward to checking out Pentiment. Especially after all the praise. I still don’t dig the art style one bit, but for some games that is not a deal breaker at all. From what I’ve seen it could be really cool indeed but I can’t deny I wish this had been something more high budget. A third or first person RPG with these kinds of elements and good graphics.
But hey who knows, maybe Avowed has such things?
