Hopefully ABK deal succeeds, so that we can have this very promising title on it. But is this your guess or did you hear this somewhere?

Also, Witcher 3 current gen patch. We’re in November, close to year’s end. Maybe it would be a cool thing to announce during TGA, shadow drop it.

The spanish ā€œinsiderā€ who first leaked Overdose from Kojima mentioned it months ago it seems; and also now Jez Corden has apparently said as much.

Xbox sure feels like grown edition of Nintendo. But seriously, this is the right path and I imagine more friendship is built within.

Biggest question for me is whether or not the Activision deal will close in time to make Diablo 4 a day one launch on game pass, could be tight.

Miles did an article.

He hit every IP I want to see come to Xbox lol. A lot of the list is NISA, I’m hopeful that we’ll see them eventually. Bro also put Pokemon on the list

Activision really needs to fix COD matchmaking and have a console pool. It sucks that most of the lobbies I’ve joined is mostly PC players

On the Twitter meltdown, someone in the advertising and brand industry had three exceptional replies to Musk. What was Musks reaction? Well he blocked him!

For reference: Lou Paskalis is the COO of MMA Global, an international marketing company that works with such high profile companies as Anheuser-Busch, McDonald’s, Yum! Brands, WalMart, Ford, Pandora, Bank of America, Hilton, Meta, T-Mobile, and many many many more

Here’s the unrolled thread:

I normally play one game at a time until I complete it and then move on to my next new game. Rarely will I ever play two games during the same time period. I did somewhat do this with Requiem. Played it for two nights when it released but put it on hold for Gotham and then went back to Requiem once I completed Gotham. Both were completed a week ago. Completed Bright Memory Infinite a few days ago in one sitting and have just been messing around with Expeditions in Outriders.

Just waiting for God of War Ragnarok and once completed, will play Season 10 for The Division 2 as all the targets will be available by then and I can binge the season. After that will be The Callisto Protocol and Evil West. Not sure which I will play first though.

January will be expansion month. Cyber Heist for The Ascent, Bloody Ties for Dying Light 2 and Cagliostro’s Secrets for Steel Rising.

So basically, I play one game at a time. I used to play multiple games back in the day but stopped doing that about midway through the 360/PS3 generation which also ended me collecting games because I realized that I was buying multiple games and never finishing any of them.

I imagine that it would still be smaller compared to @Mort 's backlog. Hehehe.

I’m one of the several here that will buy and play new games day one. Obviously, only the games that are of interest to me but rarely do I not play a game day one and if this happens, it’s usually because I just got a new game a few days prior, similar to Requiem and Gotham releasing within 3 days of each other.

Only two consoles for me though. Xbox and PlayStation. With only 10 completed published Nintendo games in 26+ years, it’s safe to say that I haven’t been a Nintendo guy since Super Nintendo. lol

Xbox focused forums are minimal at best excluding XboxEra which is why this site/forum was created in the first lace or at least, that’s how I always understood it. Of course, if you go on a PlayStation focused forum like IconEra, it wouldn’t make much sense to expect any major focus on Xbox just like it wouldn’t make much sense for this forum to have the focus on PlayStation.

Agreed. I love my Xbox Series X for the day one Game Pass games that I get out of the service and love my PlayStation 5 for the first party and third party console exclusives.

Also agreed. I believe that once they finally get going and release a game every quarter, it won’t end.

Have to see a lot more and obviously official footage but seems like an Until Dawn type game.

Agreed.

$22 a month for Ultimate for 5 users is a mother fucking steal. And im starting to feel ripped off!!! :stuck_out_tongue:

Elon Musk is your typical Billionaire narcissist that thinks they can say and do whatever they want (because they usually can). So, when they’re confronted with a scenario that they can’t easily manipulate and don’t get their way, they throw childish temper tantrums and act like the rotten assholes that they are.

I feel bad for the employees, but I honestly hope Twitter bursts into flames and goes away with the rest of ā€œsocial mediaā€. It’s a toxic cesspool of insanity and depravity and I guess it’s fitting that Musk is now in charge of it.

Tomorrow, for the kids!

I have seen that simple currency conversion doesn’t really apply for the regional pricing

It is more dependent on the purchasing power parity ratio

For example, Gamepass ultimate in India is cheaper then Gamepass console in USA

There is that big of a difference

What could be the tangible advantages to co-developement?

You can develop more games in a quicker timespan.

Not sure if it’s already been posted but this look like another game to look out for:

I know people always say Microsoft ain’t your friend and they only care about money but shit like this makes me think that Xbox team genuinely care about their customers. Sure you can twist it they’re only doing it to sell more consoles or whatever but I don’t see this being that.

They are doing a survey about more energy saving modes that work for games as well. They ask about having options to save energy if the game is idle or inactive, so I guess if you go afk it lowers the power usage while you are AFK, which is smart.

Probably mentioned, but it’s funny nobody says anything when many of Nintendo bangers are co-developed. There are many paths you can take to make quality games and co-development could make consumers get games faster. Plus, we have seen it could work when you look at many of Nintendo games that have been co-developed. I don’t want to start something, but I will. I feel this whole co-development controversy doesn’t become a negative once Sony does it because it’s just how social media and gaming media works.
