They donāt. They didnt when KI 2013 was announced and it never came to Switch or Playstation. Launching an Xbox game now, on gamepass is the equivilent of shipping 30 million copies. Even if only 12 million gamers pop it in and install it in the first few months and play it its already a massive hit. Much better then Street Fighter Vs lowly 5 million copies after half a decade.
Believe it or not theres even less fewer reasons today to port Xbox games to other platforms then there was during the supposed dark times of Xbox One.

Nope. Thats why I said anymore. The best Cleveland sports team outside of a single player named LeBron was the Cleveland Force, an MISL (indoor soccer) team from decades ago.
Outside of those two anomalies, all Cleveland Sports suffers from a strong Cleveland Curse. No matter how good they are, they will inevitably fall short because some thing will happen that others view as so outrageous to be unpredictable but to us Clevelanders its just another typical thing.
As a Cleveland native, I have accepted the cosmic balance demands nothing great can happen here. It can get close but they must fail.

Except it is not. Minecraft was on all the platforms when it was acquired. I still blame Mojang for the very reason why the discussion regarding multiplat releases exists. Which is funny considering that Bungieās acquisition did not change the peopleās stance of Sony and their exclusive releases.
On a separate topic regarding The Callisto Protocol interview. I think when Microsoft will start offering more big releases day 1 from the third parties in Game Pass (and 2023 looks like it will have a good chunk of such games), it will eventually make GP the default place to release those games. Because right now it hard either sports or some multiplayer or co-op stuff, however in 2023 they will have a huge chunk of single player games. GP will make the traditional route relatively obsolete in the future too.
Its not so bad once you accept the inevitable. 
Its the absolute worst when you begin to believe āthis time itāll be differentā. But then something dumb happens like a pitcher slices his finger playing with a toy drone!

Cyberpunk Edgerunners looks so good. I would love more games in different genres in this particular setting. I guess at the moment CD Projekt are the only ones with the license to make games in this universe? Iād buy the hell out of a cell shaded action game that looked like Edgerunners. Theyāre having a new Night City Wire on the 9th. Hopefully to announce some new DLC.
