Probably, but they did have a say in denying it for Xbox I guess. It would have been fantastic to have this on Xbox too.

It was never gonna be on Xbox. It’s first party and they own the IP.

That would have been too much, the game was edited by Sony on console, on top of the IP being owned by Sony so you would literally have to ask Sony permission for putting their exclusive on a competitor service.

The only reason this is happening is because the game is published by a 3rd party on PC that is the reason why it’s only on PC. It is the exact same scenario like MLB that is only multiplatform because MLB forced Sony and they are publishing it on Xbox not Sony.

Nah I don’t think it’ll happen because they have enough of a player base that PS5+PC only is big enough. Not saying it can’t or will never happen but I just doubt it. Sony is too petty to do that anyway even if it was more profitable I can see them not doing it out of spite. Probably the reason why Microsoft are going for deals like this because they know it pisses them off Xd

Well is it just luck or chance they’re both published by 3rd parties? :stuck_out_tongue: Why isn’t HZD on Game Pass for PC unless you think that’s coming.

Sony is blocking 3rd party titles from hitting Game Pass, I highly doubt they’re like sure we don’t mind our 1st party IP on Game Pass though.

I doubt that. The next battleground will be the ecosystem.

But I like the moves like this. It was aggressive move from Xbox. They should do more :fire: Get ASW games on Xbox.
