That’s what I been saying for a while!! I don’t think MS will have every single one of those games collecting dust (dont know much about the Spiderman situation). It will take a couple of years, but I expect MS to do something with some of them.

This is more on the developer Moss than NIS. Raiden 5 is on Xbox as well, but published by Moss.
Edit: Moss release their games on Xbox first and later on Playstation. Raiden 4 was 4-5 years exclusive on Xbox.

Little bit of a marketing blunder as the image is Dragon Ball Super, but I guess they are going for the nostalgia there.
Officially inXile hasn’t said anything yet? But the Steampunk setting and first person came from reputable sources though, didn’t it?
And I also recall Sponger saying inXile had the biggest budget of all of XGS. But Sponger does not have a track record yet.
Pretty sure first person is from sources and steampunk was connect the dots based on stuff like art station, in xile staff moderating a steampunk board on p interest (I think), the deco of their new building.
