I have a feeling this game will be massive these next few years. Would be great to have a serious competitor to smash. Still thinking about getting the founders pack. But not sure if its worth it. Lebron woll also be available tomorrow

Multiversus is awesome, very nice having a high quality game like that on Xbox. I think itāll be around for a while too

Woo, gas prices are down to $4.34 today. Things are looking up. It only cost me $62 to fill up instead of the $80 it usually takes

In my opinion they gotta stop doing that. Feeding into comparisons and tweets that ignite console warring and petting games against each other etc.

Donāt like that there are perks with gameplay advantages in MultiVersus. Completely turns me off. Competitive games should not sell or allow you to customize anything beyond cosmetics.
What kind of advantages do they have?
Buffs and ability extensions

It is good that they do that. You canāt just defend against one sided attacks.
MultiVersus looks like a wish version of Fortnite and Smash Bros smashed together, the characters look tiny in the arena and look bad lol.
I donāt get the hype for it.

Paying money doesnāt sound like the right solution to this problem.
Verizon is an internet provider right? So is this them giving you and Xbox/GP if you sign up to one of their internet plans?
I havnāt looked in Multiversus but customization is fine whether itās gameplay enhancing or not but yeah, as soon as you start making it possible to buy with real money in a competitive game that effects gameplay, you got a problem
To be clear they donāt appear to be purchasable outright, they are available in mini-battle passes for each fighter, you can unlock them and other things by progressing through the BP but Iām not sure if you can pay for that too or not.

The general battle pass has a premium paid tier.
Character battle passes appear to be all earnable by progression at least, not sure if they can be bought.
Whether earnable or paid or not, I personally just dislike completive games that allow players to have extra perks and ability values, I think all players should start on equal footing. I know Iām probably ln the minority with thisā¦

I donāt think this is too much of an issue. Iāve only played a couple of matches, but it seems like matchmaking is level based so you will be on similar footing as your opponents.
