Doubly so whenever it’s a rumor that Sony is apparently going to start throwing money at big Japanese games (Konami in this case).
The past 5 years have only shown SIE distancing themselves from Japan and, besides throwing money for timed exclusive Square games of dubious quality, I’ve seen absolutely nothing suggesting that this is what SIE is planning to do.
I’d sooner expect them to acquire another GAAS studio. I think some people don’t realize the Playstation they grew up with is vastly different now.

Sony banned this Japanese user from PSN for 1 week because he took an IN GAME screenshot on Guilty Gear… Click the Tweet and then scroll up to see what it was (it’s anime cleavage) . What a complete overreaction.
This ban cuts the user off from online multiplayer, accessing the store, messaging… Everything, for a week.
Bans for taking in game screenshots are the stupidest shit I’ve ever seen. I know Xbox does this too but I don’t think they are this severe. I’ve actually accidentally hit the screenshot button on the Xbox controller many times… What if I was looking at the thing this user was and accidentally did that?
Crisis really adverted this time. I do think what they should do is have a checklist in the setting on where you want to share it and then one press will not only share Twitter but others as well.
It would be great if they rid of that unnecessary censorship. I saw another day that Xbox players accidentally screenshot and Xbox doesn’t let those pics post on media social or delete the pics.
