Of course they don’t know anything.
Still, PS5 needs a Slim model as soon as possible, really.

I see that, but it’s not BC on Xbox One or Series consoles. That’s a downer.
Maybe soon….?
Or the digital version needs to actually exist.
I doubt games will be able to do 8k native any time soon, maybe with DLSS and the like but that’s it.
As for movies, as far as I know a lot still use 2k digital intermediates and are not true native 4k and it’ll be a while before all movies are finished in 4k so I doubt we will see anything 8k on the movie front in a while. Heck, I have a 200+ 4k movie collection on disc and I somehow doubt that we will get another format in higher quality considering the low sales of 4k blueray and the popularity of digital distribution. But I guess TV manufacturers need to keep pushing for something better.
It’s still a big boy, is it ?
I saw the actual console on display not too long ago in a store and I was just amazed by how big it is. It’s just massive. Like the image I had in my mind still wasn’t big enough.
Yeah, it’s still quite the chonker. I could live with the size, but that bulge with the disk drive just looks terrible.
“Technical error” yeah right
Yeah, they most likely quietly backpedalled due to the backclash, while trying to wash their hands with the “technical error” excuse. Or else, why would their own customer support service also have said the exact same thing as to having to pay for the upgrade.
Yeah, that’s for sure.
Any opinions on roller Champions yet?
So what is the general consensus on PS+ service so far?
Second verse same as the first. Its just a rebrand of former services. The Sony twist is breaking down the 2 offers into 3 and making it more expensive (month to month).
Lol, more like “Smoking crack dot com”, amirite?
There are like 15+ CRPGs/SRPGs out or coming out for the PC in the next year or two that I want to play. I’ll never get to all of them(since more will be announced for sure that bump some of them off the list) but I’m definitely going to need a new PC for a lot of them including Baldur’s Gate 3.
Never heard of that site. I am very much looking forward to Avatar but best game of all time??? That’s funny.
And why does it say Avatar 2??? It’s not a sequel. SMH.
My take is it seems like a good improvement on PSNow but the classic game selection feels really weak and the lack of commitment to day one games really holds it back (though I also understand why they wouldn’t go down this route). It still feels like a side service for Sony and not a full priority and I think that really shows. Still though, there’s going to be plenty of people who are really happy with it and it’s sure to improve over time - the commitment to making older games playable on newer consoles is great even if the initial selection isn’t.
Probably
I really don’t know, the article also reads like a long tweet, nothing professional in the slightest. And yeah I’m looking forward to it but I’m not expecting anything special or mind blowing lol, Far Cry in a gorgeous alien world with some differences here and there, and I think I’ll probably enjoy that a lot. But not getting it day one unless with Ubisoft+ comes fully to Xbox as you hope, or else, I’ll wait for it to be $30 or less.
