At minimum I’m super confident suicide squad is day 1, Gotham Knights is what I’m a bit skeptical about.

Evil Within 3 might revealed this year with release window on 2023 which is the same launch window for Alan Wake 2 and while the two are the same genre “ Survival Horror “ , I think the latter is a good target for Sony and do some sort of exclusive deal such DLC first on PlayStation or something else.

Only that the director of EW2 is directing another game but that doesn’t mean he’s working on 3

No, but their history with publishing is its infancy anyway so we can’t know until it happens.
The codename for the Tango game in the nvidia leaks was Hibiki 響, meaning “resonance” or “echo” in Japanese. Resonances is the third chapter of The Evil Within 2 and Echoes Within STEM is an achievement in The Evil Within 2. We also know that Johanas is working on a game as Mikami-san announced this at the TGS stream/interview with Phil. So yeah I’d like to believe that there is a good chance that this project might be TEW3. 
I also agree with @MaskoPower that we’ll most likely see a proper announcement this year for the Johanas project (whatever it may end up being).
