NFC. 49ers. I just never liked the Patriots. Was always sick of watching them in the AFCCG or the SB almost every year and I do believe they cheated a few times. Plus, he’s 44. Time to go. I just need Rodgers to retire and I will be very happy!!!

Where’s our Isekai game?

Isekai is already incredibly old and played out as a genre. I also love the new trend of endless titles such as “I was a mediocre garbage man who got transported to another world where I’m a cool hero who’s loved by all the princesses”.

XBL / PSN are fairly comparable imo but I’m not a heavy social user so I don’t know, but I’ll give it to XBL for the cloud saves alone.

PS+ > Gold

Game Pass > PSNow and it’s not even a competition

Hoping for a speedy recovery!

Kinda the same but picking up a 360 controller after using the XB1 controller for so long made me realize how bubbly the 360 controller feels. Some people perfer the 360 controller but i’ve gotten so used to the XB1 that I don’t really like using the 360 anymore. I haven’t used a Series controller yet.

Who would you want to make it?

sorry to hear that, Take good care of yourself

Thanks. Some real world examples? I guess it’s a japanese genre considering the name.

Yeah. If youve ever seen the anime “Sword Art Online”, “Konosuba” or “Re:Zero” those are some of the biggest ones. Its a genre big in anime/manga. I guess the only game isekai i can think of are the Ni No Kuni games

I saw SAO and I really didin’t like it. XD

Scalebound was actually one. That is why the protag looked out of place.

  1. No console exclusives

With God of War and several others already released for PC and more incoming, this applies to both platforms. I did get a chuckle out of this. Even more so, if you’re someone like me who has zero interest in PC gaming, this means nothing because the exclusives on Xbox/PlayStation can’t be played on the other so in my eyes, they’re still console exclusives.

  1. Proprietary Expandable Storage

While this doesn’t apply to me at all, if I had to choose, im going with Xbox easily because it’s plug and play. And like Dealer says, it’s like a PS/PS2 memory card. That was so damn awesome back in the day and this brings that back. Sony’s solution if you want to call it that is simply ridiculous.

  1. No VR Support

Like Dealer says, technically, PS5 doesn’t have VR right now at all which is funny when you see this guy’s headlines as to why you shouldn’t buy an Xbox Series X/S. LMAO. SMH.

In general, this doesn’t apply to me at all, if I had to choose, I prefer Microsoft to stay away from their own VR headsets and whatnot. Now, if Microsoft wanted to allow third party VR headsets which Sony would obviously never do, that’s fine because it would probably expand those VR install bases. But in general, I don’t care about VR and im sure as hell, not paying $500 to wear a piece of Tupperware on my head. I’m much happier with Microsoft’s direction of not caring about VR because it’s better for me.

  1. The PS5 has better games

Honestly, this is entirely dependent on what games you prefer. Halo Infinite was my 2021 game of the year but I do love Miles Morales and Rift Apart where as the other Microsoft games that have been released thus far are of no interest to me whatsoever. With that said though, based on Open Critic, Microsoft has published 6 games since launch which average out to an 88.5 overall rating while Sony has published 7 games since launch which average out to an 81.7 overall rating so while every individual have their own tastes and preferences, Microsoft thus far have released better overall games this generation.

Dealer talks about Zenimax and Activision and while I agree Microsoft has the far better IP’s, much more of them and a far stronger long term roadmap, none of their games as of now have done anything for Xbox. Deathloop’s 88 on OC is great as it’s a Microsoft published game but isn’t on Xbox. It does show that Microsoft is finally taking everything seriously including releasing highly rated top tier quality games which is what matters most. No Destruction All Stars over here. lol

  1. Xbox Series S is under-powered.

While it’s obviously less powerful than the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, that’s not what it’s for. Series S is for those who just want to jump into the Xbox eco-system and don’t want to spend $500 while still having access to Game Pass and every game. Only negative in my eyes is that it’s digital only but if it’s a Game Pass only console for those who purchase it, then that doesn’t matter. And it is more powerful than last generation consoles including the Xbox One X so I don’t see how this is a negative. Xbox Series S is exactly what it should be based on market Microsoft is targeting with it. Besides, those who want the best more powerful consoles like me aren’t going to buy it anyway but again, it’s not meant for those like me. I’m not the target market.

  1. The controller lacks innovation.

Compared to the previous generation, I can agree with this but at the same time, the Xbox One controller already had all this stuff and in general, the Xbox One/Series X/S controllers are still better than PlayStation 4/5 controllers. PlayStation 5 controller has some cool shit in it but only if you actually like and prefer that stuff. I personally don’t. I hate the touch pad since last generation, don’t give two shits about the controller vibration which I turn off at a system level for both Xbox and PlayStation plus the adaptive triggers are horrible in my opinion. Why would anyone want to use them, especially in a shooter? All this will do is break your trigger buttons eventually. And even when turned off, you can still feel like the controller wants you to use it. I felt it when playing Miles, Ratchet and Kena. It’s almost like you have to force down the R2 button as opposed to just pressing it because the original intent is for it to be the way I don’t want it to be or how I want to play games. So while I can agree that the innovation isn’t there for the Series X/S controllers, that’s not a valid enough or serious enough reason to not buy a Series X/S. The PlayStation 5 controller has more innovation compared to the PS4 controller but Xbox already have all this stuff and like Dealer says, no one cared but yet, everyone does now? How the fuck does that work? Never mind, I know the answer.

In fact, the Xbox One/Series X controller being…how should I put this…hmmm, a normal fucking controller is one of the main reasons why I went with XBOX SERIES X over PlayStation 5 to begin with. Fuck that gimmicky shit.

  1. Wait for the next iteration.

WHAT??? That’s like over 6 years away!! I don’t see mid-gen refresh happening at all because they didn’t sell at all last generation and these consoles don’t need them. At most, I can see “slim” models for both Series S (can it get smaller???) and Series X but I don’t see this happening until Fall 2024 at the earliest.

Overall, this article is 0-7 or if you want to be generous, 1-6. Either way, that was funny and gave me some laughs.
