XboxEra Community Hangout |OT5| Season of the Infinite.. Arguments

It makes sense when Sony’s new vision for this gen is for having blockbusters games across multiple mediums (movie/show/etc) that are critically acclaimed. Atleast according to a Bloomberg report. They ‘can’t’ afford to fund Days Gone 2 even if the original sold 15 millions copies lifetimes.

So that would explain Men in Black? I mean it’s not confirmed as of yet, but rumor has been getting some grounds.

Yeah, it’s the kind of storytelling that works really well for some of us, but many others will really hate it because they’ll have an aversion to the themes it represents.

They have named the entity which converts the blue light into Red and Green light, Quantum Dot.

They are basically saying these entities are very small. Hence quantum dot.

I am very partial to the Book of Boba Fett, and I love this slow-burn style of storytelling. Issues with action sequences aside (I know, its shot for TV and not a movie budget - but Daredevil has spoiled me for life) - I agree that many people are going to hate either the delivery of this series so far, or some of the thematic elements present (very present) in episode 2. Look no further than the IGN review of the latest episode for proof-positive.

Either way, I’ll keep on enjoying it!

Unrelated to my reply: Just got the emulator software on the Series X to run with no Dev Mode required (it’s really not that hard) so yesterday’s nothing-burger of a fire drill is a double nothing burger with cheese since Dev Mode ain’t a requirement. Playing Pokemon Colosseum on my Xbox though? Man this just feels wrong.

Have a feeling microLED(best looking picture quality I’ve seen) will stay out of the reach of the average person till they change the production model. The components are super expensive and there seems to be much lower yields on the panels

Well, if you rely on the latest information from Grubb about Kojima and the Xbox, then they signed an agreement of intent. Not the contract itself. Therefore, judging logically, given that this large project has apparently been in development for some time, and a smaller one will only enter a certain stage, then …
