Even more so in the OG Xbox generation, they had Otogi with Fromsoft and Sega, and Ninja Blade.
As someone that’s tired of the the Dark Souls formula I think the game looks good! The setting and the brighter colors got me interested.

This went from “we’ll see” with that Opening Night trailer to day one with this gameplay reveal.
I definitely wonder about what kind of co-op options they’ll have for us, it’s not that I badly need to be able to co-op the whole story, but during boss fights could be awesome!

Don’t worry, Dark Souls games already had co-op for bosses, in Elden Ring you can not just have co-op with your buddies but also bring AI summons if no one is available. I definitely see fromsoft trying to make this game more obviously accessible than in their previous games without just straight up giving easy mode in the options.
I ruined my Dark Souls 2 character falling into that hole lol.

RGG is the exception on the Japanese side, but they’re pretty much the only ones worth being on gamepass anyway 
Just checked the site for Elden Ring network test.
It seems they will send out codes on November 9th. And the first session will be Friday, November 12, 20:00 - 23:00(JST).

I fell asleep during the elden ring countdown lmfaooo . Anyway , It looks fucking amazing . FromSoft basically took the best parts from their previous games and dumped them into a BOTW open world , and its fucking beautiful .
