But thatâs the tricky part of where they are at. Phil made clear at the roundtable what the plans were and the timing is just unfortunate. We all know exactly what the man meant, but people that donât follow game news as much donât and sites with click bait titles sure donât help either.
Once Starfield is out and itâs like a year after its release believe that weâre gonna see some stupid as shit articles again on why TES VI wonât be only for Xbox (Game Pads) and PC. Sigh.

I think they skip Gamescom next year, and make Quakecon a joint XGS + Bethesda conference with reveals for both Bethesda Xbox exclusives and exclusive XGS games.
Any possible multiplatform stuff like ESO or FO76 is kept quiet or only focusing on Series X/PC versions.
Thatâs the way to do it.
Iâm just gonna say⌠I donât care what medias think at all. They can run a false narrative all they want and feed it to their fanbase. In the end, when the opposite will happen, they will only have themselves to blame for not wanting to hear what was said. We are getting the games, the exclusives in all that matters, so I couldnât care less what some people have delusions about.

I know, but itâs also true that theyâve not always been consistent with this stuff, like with Ori 2 on Switch after Phil said the opposite, so there is always a tiny thought in my mind that MS could screew up for some bargain with Sony and/or bean counters in the administration building.

Anyway I donât expect any new game that hasnât already got some form of contractual obligation in place ships to Platform X. The reason that this keeps coming up is throwaway PR speak and the acquisition still being very recent. It will probably only stop when Microsoft re-announces TES VI and the word exclusive is pasted on every marketing piece.

Itâs just goddamn silly, even when with big capital letters it said exclusive at E3, Phil mentioning it, I think even Sarah did and at the end of the show with Redfall"just like Starfield this is Xbox Game Pass exclusive".
And still we had articles trying their hardest to create doubt, ridiculous. There is no way that a contract already has been made for TES VI, so fans with only a PS5 better prepare.
