Personally I prefer 5 day weeks, with less hours.

Monday to Friday. 9 - 12 morning shift. 12 - 1 lunch. 1 - 4 afternoon shift.

Shorter shifts, shorter days & there is wiggle room each day for when shit happens.

MS is in prime position to restore CD and Midway. They even have people to basically restore a lot of older publishers and studios.
