I’ve taken a look in the settings and it shows Allow Dolby Vision but there should be an extra option called for gaming. So I’m guessing the update has yet to arrive here.
It’s great the series X/S has all these features but I still haven’t upgraded my TV(planning on a 77" C1) even thought the money is sitting in my account. All because of the damn lack of AV receivers that don’t have the same features. Fix this denon/matantz/onkyo and take my money

I saw the onkyo rz50 works but it’s not available where I live yet. Denon has got a free upgrade kit for the X8500 but I’m not spending $4000+ when there will be more affordable units out in the next year or so. Think its just a matter of patience, I expect most decent units will have it all in the next year

Yeah, I put an order in for an Onkyo 7100 but who knows when it’ll come. Supply chain is such a mess right now.
I’m with you though, I don’t need an expensive receiver but HDMI 2.1 hasn’t trickled down yet.
