I mean… the game was always rumored to be timed exclusive only, not full, so this is still compatible with that

Or maybe it could be multiplatform from Day One. Final Fantasy Origins was also supposed to be a PS timed exclusive ( even Imran Khan said so ) and it ended up on Xbox too. We will have to wait and see.

I have no issues with this haha, I was just saying this linkedin post doesn’t negate the timed exclusivity rumor that had been the core concern. It could very likely be multiplat day 1 yeah, cuz it’s still a rumor at the end of the day.

It’s obviously just my opinion about the IP, but I hope that no first party team gets “wasted” on a Planet of the Apes game. Let some third party do it, PofA makes Indy seem like the best choice for a game ever when it is terrible too.

I think that Xbox should let their studios do what they want. If Roundhouse wants to do a Planet of the Apes game they should be allowed to do so.

Odd that they didn’t showcase it at all at one of the many opportunities. My guess is the dev prioritized continuing development and finishing it over showing it. Which is understandable. But I bet we’ll see a trailer relatively soon then!
